Service Description

In this class you will be able to learn the technique of contemporary dance but also to explore your free expression in movement. Is all about finding freedom within movements. It is suitable for both beginners and advance dances. Expanding creativity, being present in your body, increasing balance, strength and flexibility, breathing and expressing feelings and emotions. This is an one hour class.
