Sound healing is a therapeutically practice that uses sound frequencies and vibrations to promote physical, emotional and mental well-being. In this class we use the powerful healing of the vibration of sounds and music to help in relaxing the mind and the emotions so as to bring one in the position to observe his thoughts and feelings and to release what is not needed by allowing the mind to feel safe and at peace. Deep relaxation takes place in the class allowing the energy to flow freely in our body and restore its balance. This is an one hour class.
